30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. In your email, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  4. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

In such cases, we may cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional charge.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

For exchanges due to sizing or preference, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
