3. International Shipping (European Union)

We are pleased to offer international shipping to countries within the European Union.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: vortis.top (Li Jin) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
